This proposed application site is a two-story, semi-detached, two-bedroom dwelling house on Park Lane. This project aims to construct a single-story rear extension, side extension, as well as a loft conversion. The proposed scheme seeks to provide high-quality design, improve the quality of space to fulfill its owner's needs, and complement the local vernacular.
